What began as one act of kindness has grown into a community-wide movement of compassion and connection.
On Christmas Eve 2005, Sergeant Bill Schultz responded to a 911 call from a mother who had no resources to provide Christmas for her children. He gathered toys, decorations, and groceries, creating a Christmas they’d never forget.
That moment of kindness sparked what would become Undercover Santa — officially founded in 2008 to bring hope to families in need.
Our Board of Directors brings together community leaders, business professionals, and first responders who share one goal: spreading hope.
